The address
There is deliberately no contact form here. A form would mean collecting and storing what you typed, and this site collects nothing. Your own mail client already does the job and leaves the message in your sent folder, where you can see it.
Worth writing about
- arithmetic that looks wrong, which is the one we most want to hear about;
- a city missing from the travel planner, or a zone that behaves oddly;
- a page that is unreadable, unusable with a keyboard or broken with a screen reader;
- anything on the privacy page you want to exercise a right about.
What happens to your message
It reaches a mailbox we read. We keep it for as long as it takes to deal with and for up to twelve months after that, then delete it. You are not added to anything, because there is nothing to be added to.
Who you are writing to
DuskDial is operated by Inyonitech Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. The site is independent: it is not affiliated with any sleep clinic, device maker, mattress company or health provider, and it takes no payment for saying anything.
